1. Obituary. Elmer J. Pasch, Sr., 94 of the town of Clifton, died Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Serenity House, Tomah. He was born on February 27, 1917 to August and Minnie (Pahl) Pasch, Jr. at Dorset Ridge. He was baptized into the Christian faith in April of 1917 and confirmed in June of 1930. Elmer attended the Dorset Ridge Elementary School. He was united in marriage to Dolores A. Deichler on June 2, 1943 at St. Peters Ev. Lutheran Church, Indian Creek by Rev. Frederic Gilbert. She preceded him in death on October 29, 1997. Elmer farmed most of his life in the town of Clifton. He was a Gideon member for several years and was always encouraging others to read the word of God. As a younger man, Elmer taught himself how to make and fix TV's. He made a TV which was the families first TV. He went from home to home fixing TV's for others. He raised chickens for many years and delivered eggs to the Hustler Home. Neighbors and many people stopped to buy eggs from all over. He called them his Miracle Eggs. Each spring and summer he had a goal to bale hay, help with the tilling and planting and help Sonny on the Farm. He did just that until this past summer. He sure enjoyed his Kawasaki "Mule" which provided him with transportation from house to barn and then some. He welcomed his many Amish friends and neighbors who visited him often. He always offered Ice Cream and Ice Cream Bars, and wanted to feed all visitors and friends. He had a great sense of humor and loved to visit. He survived many miracles in his life and shared them with all who would listen; and he gave all the glory to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is survived by Evelyn Hicks (Dick Carle), her family, Rebecca (Randy) Ingli, their family Randy Jr. (Mylessa) Ingli, their children Colton Satterfield-Ingli, Emily Schramski-Ingli,and Taden Ingli, and Nicholas Ingli, his son Anthony, Harley (Sylvia) Hicks Jr.; their children Connor and Danica Hicks and Elisa Jenzewski, and Gabriel (Jennifer) Hicks, their son Nolan Hicks, Randy Jr. (Mylessa) Ingli, their children Colton Satterfield-Ingli, Emily Schramski-Ingli,and Taden Ingli, Nicholas Ingli, Harley (Sylvia) Hicks Jr. their family Connor and Danica Hicks and Elisa Jenzewski, Gabriel (Jennifer) Hicks their son Nolan Hicks. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Dolores, a son-in-law Harley Hicks, a great granddaughter, Amber Rose Ingli, a great-grandson Tony Ingli, a brother Alvadore Pasch, a sister and brother-in-law Lucille and Raymond Gurgel.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, 11:00 A.M. at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church, 762 W. Clifton St. Tomah. Pastor Kirk Brown will officiate. Burial will be in the Clifton Cemetery. Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau St. Tomah, on Monday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
