• Obituary. Charles A. SKINNER, 56, of Camp Douglas, passed away of an apparent heart attack on Sep. 16 in Kingston Township while cutting wood.
He was the son of Fred E. & Susan HOWLAND Skinner, and was born July 23, 1921 in the Town of Clearfield, Juneau County.
He is survived by his mother, Susan of New Lisbon; 2 brothers,
Fred of Merrimac and Earl R. of Necedah; 8 sisters,
