1. Obituary. Lulubelle (Slaughter ) Delaney Delaney Shane Sileven, 85, of West Frankfort, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 at 9:10 p.m. at her residence. She was born February 19, 1935 in Mather, Wisconsin to Frank and Josephine Slaughter.
She is survived by 6 daughters, Cindy ( Doug ) Orr Ten Mile, TN., Barbara Purshaw of Moose Lake, MN., Marilyn Delaney of Pensacola, Fl., Christina ( Charles) Delcamp of West Frankfort, Theodora Delaney of Mentor, MN., Deanna Jacobs of West Frankfort, a son, Harley (Geri) Delaney of Beloit, Wisconsin.
Also surviving are several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren as well as 3 brothers, Chris, Frank and David Slaughter and 2 sisters, Elizabeth (Larry) Parker and Polly (Ray) Brey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Harley Delaney, Theodore "Ted" Gardner Delaney, Wayne Shane and Harry Silevan and by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort with Rev. Mike Cash officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Mather, Wisconsin on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
Visitation will be after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Lulabelle married Harley W Delaney, son of Sidney Delaney and Pansy Mae Slater. (Harley W Delaney was born on 9 Oct 1928, died on 22 Jan 1960 and was buried in Mather, WI, Pine Grove Cemetery.)
