• Obituary. Randy Granger, 56, of La Crosse and formerly of Readstown passed away Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005, at the Tomah Veterans Hospital.
He was born in La Crosse on Nov. 21, 1948, to Leland and JoAnn (Fitzpatrick) Granger. He married Diane Coppernoll in June 1973. They later divorced.
He graduated from Kickapoo (Wis.) High School in 1966. He entered the U.S. Marine Corps in 1969. He served in Vietnam in a supply unit. His children, Ed and Kathy Jo, followed him in the tradition of entering the service by joining the Marines and the Navy, respectively. After the service, he did farm work, worked in construction, and worked as a bartender over the years. His most recent job was as a fork lift operator for Badger Corrugating in La Crosse.
Randall married Diane Coppernoll in Jun 1973.
