Troy Leonard Bird August 6, 1961 - July 17, 2020
Troy Leonard Bird, 58, of Ashley, Illinois, passed away at 10:55 am July 17, 2020 at his residence. He was born August 6, 1961 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Andrew and Darlene (Lende) Bird. Troy is survived by his wife, Pamela Bird of Mount Vernon; children, Melissa Ann Bird of Mount Vernon and Shawn Howell of Alabama; grandchildren, Amadias Riley, Andrew Kubiak, and Colin Stifel; caretaker, Tamera Kubiak; siblings, Twyla Davis, Darla Stewart and husband, Jimmy, Ross Bird and wife, Suzanne, and Steve Bird and wife, Cathy; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Troy was preceded in death by his brothers, Oren Bird and Lee Bird. Troy was a member of West Salem Trinity United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hiking and fishing. Troy will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him. Per his wishes, no services will be held.
