1. Obituary. WI--Wisconsin State Journal....31 May 1927 TIMOTHY D CULVER: 69; Madison, a conductor for Madison Railway, was found dead Monday [5-30] from asphyxiation in the kitchen of the home of his daughter Mrs Walter France by another daughter Mrs Harry Jaquish. An open unlighted burner on the gas stove & the fumes, caused Culver's death, despite the fact that a window was open. Coroner Campbell was called & pronounced death due to asphyxiation. Mr Culver had been ill with rheumatism for some time & he had not worked for nearly 3mos, it was reported. Mr & Mrs France were in Milwaukee Monday & had left MrCulver to take care of the house & feed the cats. Besides his daughters, Mr Culver is survived by his widow Rinda Culver & 1 brother: Elmer - Bagley WI. Service will be held Wednesday [6-01] from the residence, Rev J Walters officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
