1. Obituary. Vida M. Hintzman, 81, 915 Elm Street, Menomonie, died Friday, Aug. 4, at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
She was born Feb. 6, 1897, in Menomonie, the daughter of Eugene Roswell and Linnie Findly,
and resided in this area all her life.
Following graduation from Dunn County Normal, she married Milton Hintzman on Sept. 13, 1919, in Menomonie, and they farmed in the Town of Menomonie. She was a resident of the American Lutheran Home her since 1969.
She is survived by a son, Donald, Menomonie; a daughter, Mrs. James (Joyce) Solie, Rt. 3,
Menomonie; a sister, Eva Billyard, Los Angeles, Calif; eight grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband one son.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 7, at 3 p.m. at Peace Lutheran church with the Rev, Arthur Vorhes officiating. Burial was in the Cedar Falls Cemetery.
Olson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
