She married Johann Hinrich Gerke on 10 April 1863, in Wisconsin, United States. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 4 daughters. She lived in Ellenboro, Grant, Wisconsin, United States in 1900. She died on 1 January 1914, in Platteville, Grant, Wisconsin, United States, at the age of 68, and was buried in Platteville, Grant, Wisconsin, United States.
