He and his wife, Jennie Lamb, moved to High Springs from Wisconsin, in 1987. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of High Springs, and Tomah. Eithemer worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction field. He volunteered with Catholic Charities and Habitat for Humanities. Other hobbies included playing cards and bingo, woodworking, building, as well as fishing, camping, hunting, listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.
He was the son of Roy and Carrie (Griffin) Lamb. He was from a large family of 21 children.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Jennie; and his children, Eithemer Dale (Florence) Lamb, Linda Lou (Stewart) Hendricks, Joseph Allen (Jeannine) Lamb, Randall Dean (Linda Martin) Lamb, Tammy Sue McFarland, Sharon Lee (Ray) Chandler; his beloved nephew, Roy Brown; 15 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. June 19, 2015, in Pine Grove Cemetery, Mather, Wis. The Rev. Dennis Frost will officiate. A pot luck will be held following the service at Grace Baptist Church, Warrens.
Eithemer married Jennie Elizabeth Ludke, daughter of Everett Willliam Ludke and Sylvia Mae Skinner, on 22 Dec 1950 in Wyeville, WI. (Jennie Elizabeth Ludke was born on 6 Sep 1935 in Juneau County, WI.)
