Randy was born in Racine on February 25, 1953, to Clarence and Joyce (nee: Matson) Schneider. He served his country in the United States Navy. Randy was a self employed General Contractor. He enjoyed sailing, diving and piloting. Randy was an avid Harley enthusiast; he especially liked being in the wind riding his Harley.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Jerry Caraballo; granddaughter, Cassandra Plaster; his parents, Clarence and Joyce Schneider; brothers, Richter (Sharon) Schneider and Ronald (Debbie) Schneider; sister, Catherine (Lawrence) Winterle and Best Friend, Casper John Lamb, and his K9 companion Whoopie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.

Funeral services for Randy will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, November 2, 2008, at 4 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Hinrichs officiating. Interment will take place in So. WI Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family or Hospice Allliance have been suggested.
