She is survived by daughters, Loretta (Lonnie) Lodholz, Lorraine (John) Bartelt, Joanne Lamb, and Diane (Chris) Sillars; sons, Ronald Lamb and Bill (Lois) Lamb; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Also by a sister, Mary Wood; and daughter-in-law, Suzanne Lamb. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Melvin Lamb and Clarence Gosmire; a son, Gerald 'Bud'; two grandsons; a great-granddaughter; four sisters; and three brothers.

Service will be held at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Deerbrook on Saturday, January 22, 2005, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Racine. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service.

Hazel married Melvin Ned Lamb, son of Gaylon Leroy Lamb and Carrie Elizabeth Griffin, on 6 Feb 1937. The marriage ended in divorce in 1964. (Melvin Ned Lamb was born on 15 Jan 1910 in Monroe County, WI, died on 21 Apr 1966 in Racine, WI and was buried in Mather, WI, Pine Grove Cemetery.). The cause of his death was Fell from roof of 4 story building.
