Mrs. Lucille Hissey, 93, Platteville, died Tuesday, April 27, 1999 at Gray's Nursing Home in Platteville. She was born May 8, 1905 in Lafayette County, the daughter of Lewis and Nettie Belle (Enloe) Bushnell. She was married to Hollis Hissey on August 25, 1928 in Galena, Illinois. He died on September 20, 1992. Lucille graduated from the Platteville State Teachers College and taught high school math for 20 years at Ithaca, Ridgeway, Hollandale and Pecatonica.
