1. Obituary. Darlington- Mrs. Clara Miller, 60, lifelong area resident died in her home Sunday after a long illness. The former Clara Olson was born in Lamont township and was married in 1916 to William Miller.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ellsworth Brown, Apple River, Ill., Mrs. Thomas Gille, Shullsburg; two sons, Kenneth and Harlow, both of Darlington; four sisters, Mrs. Aldace Arnsmeier and Mrs. Roy Penniston, both of Darlington, Mrs. Fletcher Goller, Warren, Ill., and Mrs. Albert Kay, Platteville; three brothers, Oliver, John and Clifford, all of Darlington; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday in the Darlington Methodist church, with the Rev. E.J. Jeffrey officiating. Burial will be in the Union Grove Cemetery.
