1. Obituary. Guy E. Clark, age 83, of Boyceville, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2002, at the American Lutheran Home in Menomonie.

Guy was born July 23, 1919, in the Town of Sherman to the late Mamie (Jones) and Clarence Clark. He grew up on the family farm in the Town of Sherman. Guy married Isabel Welk on Sept. 28, 1940, in Wheeler. They lived and farmed in the Town of Sherman. He served on the Town Board for 40 years, most of those years as town chairman. He also served on the Boyceville Creamery Board. His life was centered around his family and his farm.

Survivors include his wife, Isabel of Boyceville; children, Roger (Ruby) Clark of Boyceville, Alan (Linda) Clark of Connecticut, Marilyn (Rande) Cuellar of Minnesota, and Sandi (Ed) Fitch of Florida; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Leo (Mary) Clark of Boyceville; a sister, Bernice (Melvin) Johnson of Boyceville; and two sisters-in-law, Oma Clark of Menomonie and Katy (Harold) Rubusch of Boyceville.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Alton and Clinton Clark; a sister, Myrtle Prochnow; and a granddaughter, Bethany Clark.

Memorial services were Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at New Hope Church of the Nazarene in Wheeler with the Rev. Steve Crites officiating. Interment was in Sherman Cemetery.

Wisconsin Cremation Services of Eau Claire served the family.
