Per Deb Bendorf, 2007:
"I found 2 cards for Frederick A in the birth index at Granht Co Reg Deeds. One said b 11-27-1889 & the other said b 8-5-1896. The birth certificate said 11-27-199_ (last digit was missing!). I found marriage certificate and it listed Fred as 21 years old in 1915 which would mean he was born in 1894.
Bill Bendorf said Fred remarried but didn't know hiw wife's name. Bill thought Fred moved to Beaver Dam, WI."
